"The light in me honors the light in you. "

"Namaste" is a Sanskrit word used as a greeting or a closing, as a sign of good will and mutual respect.  We typically say "Namaste" to each other at the end of a Giving Yoga class, usually following our relaxation phase.  I think of it as a "thank you" for letting me share time with you and for your wisdom, energy, motivation, kindness, and respect.  I have always liked the simple interpretation above:  "The light in me honors the light in you."
